Spent a Sunday walking areas of Paris and made it into the Tuileries Garden.  Took this shot from the top of one of the curved ramps and loved how it froze everyone in the picture in their place with the long shadows off the late afternoon sun.

Champs Elysees Peugeot Shop

Earlier this year I had a free night in Paris so I took a stroll down the Champs Elysees and into this Peugeot retail shop that had all these items and cars on display.  This car was very cool and the lighting in the room was great.

Beignets at Place de la Bastille Paris

On a cold evening in Paris we ended up crossing the Place de la Bastille Paris where there was this little beignet shop at the edge of a small park right off the road.  Nice on a cold night.

Homeless in Paris CDG

I was in Paris at CDG waiting to connect to a flight when I looked over a second floor rail in Terminal 2F and saw homeless man sleeping dead smack in the middle of a waiting lounge.  There are almost no words.  Don’t know if it’s more sad or incredible or both.

The illy bar at CDG

… Have been a long time fan of illy espresso and the Espressamente illy experience.  Actually have a small collection of illy bars from a bunch of different cities as subject matter.  They’re always hip.

On the Champs Elysees there was a Hugo Boss store full of hip clothes all decked out in racing gear.

Homeless in Paris

I saw this guy under this golden astro-sack to keep warm while passing in a taxi at midnight and then again 7 hours later at 7am on the way to the airport.  He hadn’t budged.
